My Most Memorable Day

My most memorable day is the first day of each year. It is the time to forget the past,start
the new and expect good things come to my life.
First,on the New Year's day, I usually woke up very early in the morning to take a deep
breath and get fresh air. At 6 o'clock my family and I went to the temple near my house to
give food to monks. Then,we paid respect to the image of the Buddha in the temple,begging
for a happy and successful life along the coming year. After we had arrived home,we gave
blessing to each other and exchanged presents. The last New Year's day,we also went to
the orphan's home and gave them lunch. After that, I made an appointment with my friends
to celebrate the New Year's. Later,we had dinner and went to karaoke until 10.00 p.m. .
In conclusion, what impressed me most was my parents' compliment that I am a good
student and always pay attention to classes and their wish me to get an "A" in every subject.
